At The Mint Agency, I saw firsthand how much work happens before an experience ever reaches an audience. Every activation relied on clients, creatives, producers, vendors, and account teams bringing different perspectives together around one shared goal. Being part of that process taught me that great client work begins with strong collaboration.

As an Account Coordinator, I supported integrated marketing and experiential campaigns for brands including Google, YouTube, Reddit, and Interac. Working across account management, creative, production, and operations gave me a deeper appreciation for how clear communication, thoughtful execution, and attention to detail build client confidence and turn ambitious ideas into memorable experiences.

The Story

Joining The Mint Agency introduced me to the fast-moving world of integrated marketing and experiential campaigns, where every project meant balancing multiple clients, shifting priorities, and tight production timelines. Across work for Google, YouTube, Reddit, and Interac, I contributed to executive conferences, product showcases, brand activations, and live experiences designed around each client’s goals.

I quickly took ownership of key workstreams across several high-profile projects. I led execution for Google Pride 2026, creating the Run of Show and coordinating communication between Google, Pedal Pub Toronto, Shinzo Media, and agency partners to keep the experience aligned from planning through onsite delivery. I also led onsite operations for Interac's RCC Store activation and the Payments Canada Summit, overseeing brand ambassador coordination, client registration, guest experience, production logistics, and real-time problem-solving.

More than anything, my time at The Mint Agency reaffirmed that great client work starts with great relationships. Whether collaborating with teammates, vendors, or clients, I found the most meaningful work happened when people felt heard, trusted, and empowered to do their best work.   • Built scalable operational systems and client-facing resources, including project trackers, run-of-show (ROS) documents, creative decks, wrap reports, and workflow management tools that improved project visibility, team alignment, and execution across multiple accounts.
